Hear firsthand accounts that reflect courage, humor, challenge, and everyday life at sea.  Our guest is the Honorable Ben Kohlmann, the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs.  Ben brings a fantastic background to the job, and as a former Fighter Pilot, is sure to regale us with a Sea Story or two, most of which are likely to be true.
